I’ve got
an exclamation mark in the bottom lefthand corner, how can I get an error
message or alert when the problem occurred?
I’m getting
‘No user session’ when going to Reports and/or My Orders.
For unknown
reason when I’m reading email or clicking an internet link from another
application, I get logged off.
When logging
in, I keep getting this ‘Loading…’ message displayed for a very long time
(e.g. at least 20 minutes).
When logged
in, the icons for the menu are not displaying and/or my menu does not
seem to be refreshing with the latest data.
How do I
know if I’m using the right Java VM for receiving messages from the commodity
application?
My market
grid doesn’t seem to be working correctly, how can I get a fresh install
of my market grid to ensure I have the latest?
After logging
in, my window minimizes and when I click on the window in my taskbar it
does not open.
When I login
