Only your Company Administrator can update the company, trader and trading partner information using the Administration options. However, anyone can look at the information.
Your trader information for each authorized trader in your company is maintained through the ChemConnect’s Chalkboard customer service representative. The following information must be kept current for each trader and your company to ensure that all trading activities for your company’s trading to run smoothly and efficiently:
Names and addresses
Telephone numbers
Fax numbers
Email addresses
The specific trading partners with whom you do business and the security for your internal traders should be routinely monitored and modified as your business needs change.
