Browser Refresh Issue

Symptom:
My System Clock ticks down into deep negative numbers and never appears to reset.

Immediate Fix:
Your browser is no longer refreshing and you should load an alternate website (i.e. http://www.yahoo.com) and then hit the "Back" button to reset your browser.

Permanent Fix:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1(See "Determine Browser Version") may experience problems with dynamic websites and may stop refreshing during auctions (see the Microsoft Support article on this Internet Explorer flaw).
